As a countdown to the International Yoga Day on June 21, ‘Born To Win Research Foundation Trust’ joined hands with ‘Soul & Body’ for creating awareness about healthy life with Yoga through conducting an interesting challenge,
‘Yoga adds years to your life, and life to your years.’ Let’s spread this message to all your friends & family by taking part in the challenge between 6th & 21st June, 2022.
Post a photograph or video of your Yoga practice for 15 days, starting from 6th June to 21st June, 2022 on all your Social Media handles with the hashtags as follows:
And, tag minimum of 20 friends to take up the challenge.
